About Code Galaxy

Code Galaxy is a venture under Apps and Girls, a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the technological gender gap in East Africa and across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Our Story

Code Galaxy is an online digital incubation platform with the aim of helping female-led startups by enrolling in online mentorship program where they can be given necessary support to implement their own ideas, and concretely start their own enterprises.

To build a vibrant community of changemakers across Tanzania who dare to try, think, collaborate, and create solutions for the real problems in the country, the continent, and the world.

To coach and mentor female-led startups to actualize and implement their big ideas.

To bring impact and change to society through the effective implementation of mentees’ projects and interventions.

To bring together experts and professionals in different fields and give them an avenue to share their knowledge and skills with the younger generation.
